Dr. Allison Turner is available for integrating Acupuncture and Chinese herb consultation for our patients at Village Square Woodside Veterinary Hospital. Acupuncture can be utilized to help treat patients with pain and musculoskeletal problems, gastrointestinal, respiratory, urinary, skin, reproductive, neurologic, and behavioral disorders as well as stress and anxiety. In cancer patients, acupuncture can be effective in alleviating pain and fatigue, and helping with nausea, vomiting and inappetance, as well as improving your pet’s quality of life.
Dr. Allie graduated Oregon State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2015. After practicing traditional medicine in both small animals and equine in the Bay Area, Allie chose to branch out to pursue her post-graduate certification in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine through the Chi Institute in Florida. Allie is an affiliate with American Association of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine and American Association of Veterinary Acupuncture.
Allie grew up in San Gregorio, California and is so excited to be working back in her home town. In her spare time she enjoys fishing, riding her horses, hiking and many other outdoor activities with her dogs Wiley and Layla.
